THE SAFETY MEASURES WE HAVE IN PLACE
SCL are your trusted provider and during the Covid-19 pandemic we have provided vital support clubs to over 1,500 critical worker's and vulnerable children.
Our Covid-Safe operating procedures mean that your child is having fun in a safe environment.
ACTIVITIES HELD OUTSIDE
We will be using outside spaces, where possible. If this is not possible due to weather constraints, we will increase ventilation of our indoor spaces.
INCREASED HYGIENE PRACTICES
Staff will be encouraging increased hygiene practices, including hand washing, particularly before eating.
PPE PROVIDED TO ALL DELIVERY STAFF
All staff will be wearing face coverings at all times while inside.
REGULAR CLEANING
'High touch’ areas and multi-use equipment will be regularly cleaned with sanitiser.
BUBBLES
Groups of staff and children will be kept as consistent as possible each day.
TESTING
Staff will be completing a Lateral Flow Test three times a week.
FACE COVERINGS
While most of our collection points do not require parents to enter the delivery space; for any that do, it is a requirement to wear a face covering on entering the settings.
Parents must keep their face covering on until they leave, unless they are exempt or have a reasonable excuse for removing it.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please ensure that you maintain social distancing measures when dropping off or collecting your children.
POSITIVE CASES IN A HOUSEHOLD
We are implementing the ruling that should there be a positive case in the household, we would not be able to accept the child into the setting.
If this is the case, we can move the booking to a new date at the next holiday period or will provide a full refund.
It is important that you inform SCL as soon as possible if a positive case is identified, if you have attended SCL clubs within a week of a positive test.
